What's included in the free trial?
All features are available during the 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to gift cards, loyalty, online ordering, appointments, campaigns, and CRM.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Are there transaction fees?
Yes — a small platform fee applies per transaction: 2.5% on Starter, 1.5% on Growth, 0.9% on Pro. This is deducted from your Stripe payout, not added to the customer price. Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee also applies separately.
Do I need a separate Stripe account?
Yes. Shopolo uses Stripe Connect to route payments directly to your bank account. You can create a Stripe account during onboarding — it takes about 3 minutes.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no hidden charges. You only pay the monthly plan price and the platform fee per transaction.
